What are 'hold days'?
The number of days an item can be held/reserved before it may be released back to availability, depending on the product policy.
What is a delivery fee?
An optional fee associated with delivery/local pickup to cover logistics. It’s set per product.
Returns & RMA
What does RMA mean?
RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization — a structured way to approve and track returns.
How does the RMA flow work?
Typically: request → review/approval → email tracking link → customer tracking page → status updates.
Why have an RMA process instead of informal returns?

Where do I see return status?

Can I filter by category or marketplace?
Yes. The catalog organizes by category and by origin (marketplace) to help you find things faster.
Troubleshooting
I see weird direct links. Does it matter?
Usually no. What matters is that real routes use /en or /es. Access control should live in admin layout and API routes, not in random links.
A product shows 'Offline' in admin
It usually means is_active is false, or required publish fields are missing (especially for HBA).
Why doesn’t a product show in the catalog?
Common reasons: it’s not active, missing an image, or it’s blocked by publishing checks (for example Health & Beauty requirements).
An affiliate link doesn’t open — what should I do?
Try again, then contact support with the product name. External partners sometimes change URLs.
