What is GoFlexFinds?

GoFlexFinds is a marketplace featuring direct products, affiliate listings, and digital downloads. It also includes admin tools for catalog operations, compliance, and returns (RMA).

What product types exist?

Three main types: Direct (our own listing), Affiliate (external link), and Digital (downloadable file).

• Direct: purchased inside GoFlexFinds.
• Affiliate: redirects to an external site to complete the purchase.
• Digital: delivered as a download after payment.

How do I buy a product?

Open the product, review details (price, condition, fulfillment), then follow the purchase flow for that type (Direct/Digital in-site; Affiliate via external link).

What do 'New' and 'Pre-Owned' mean?

It’s the item condition. 'Pre-Owned' means gently used; 'New' means new.

What is 'Local pickup'?

The item is delivered in person. Some products can include rules like a deposit, hold days, and/or a delivery fee.

What is a deposit?

A partial payment to hold an item. It can be refundable or non-refundable depending on the product policy.

What does RMA mean?

RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization — a structured way to approve and track returns.

How does the RMA flow work?

Typically: request → review/approval → email tracking link → customer tracking page → status updates.

What do I receive after buying a digital product?

You receive access to a downloadable file. Access may be protected with secure links and download limits.

Can I share the download link?

Not recommended. Links may have security controls; sharing them can break access or violate terms.

What is an affiliate product?

It’s a listing that links to an external site (e.g., Amazon/Etsy/eBay). GoFlexFinds can display basic info, but checkout happens off-site.

Why is the price sometimes hidden?

If the price isn’t reliable (e.g., 0 or invalid), it can be hidden to avoid showing '$0.00' and misleading users.

What does GoFlexFinds consider HBA?

Health & Beauty items (cosmetics, personal care, etc.). We apply publishing checks for transparency.

What’s required to publish HBA?

Three required fields: manufacturer name, ingredients text, and an ingredients image. If missing, publishing is blocked.

What does 'AI Curated' mean?

It’s a curation signal used to highlight products based on internal relevance/quality signals.

I see weird direct links. Does it matter?

Usually no. What matters is that real routes use /en or /es. Access control should live in admin layout and API routes, not in random links.

A product shows 'Offline' in admin

It usually means is_active is false, or required publish fields are missing (especially for HBA).
