## 1) What is GoFlexFinds?
GoFlexFinds is a marketplace that combines:
- **Direct** (first-party/direct listings)
- **Affiliate** (links out to external sites like Amazon/Etsy/eBay)
- **Digital** (downloadable files)

## 2) Buying & Orders
**How do I buy a product?**  
Open the product, review price/condition/fulfillment, then follow the flow by type:
- Direct/Digital: checkout inside GoFlexFinds
- Affiliate: checkout happens off-site

**What do “New” and “Pre-Owned” mean?**  
- **New:** new  
- **Pre-Owned:** gently used

## 3) Shipping, Local Pickup & Delivery Fees
**What is “Local pickup”?**  
The item is delivered in person. Depending on the product it may include:
- Delivery fee
- Deposit
- Hold days

**What is a deposit?**  
A partial payment to hold an item; it may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the product policy.

## 4) Returns & RMA
**What does RMA mean?**  
Return Merchandise Authorization.

**Typical RMA flow:**  
request → review/approval → emailed tracking link → customer tracking page → status updates

## 5) Digital downloads
**What do I receive after buying a digital product?**  
Access to a downloadable file. Access may be protected with secure links and download limits.

**Can I share the download link?**  
Not recommended: it can break access or violate terms.

## 6) Affiliate listings & pricing
**What is an affiliate product?**  
A listing that links to an external checkout.

**Why is the price sometimes hidden?**  
If the price isn’t reliable (e.g., 0 or invalid), it can be hidden to avoid misleading “$0.00” displays.

## 7) Health & Beauty (HBA) — transparency
To publish HBA products, **3 required fields** must be present:
- manufacturer_name
- ingredient_text
- ingredient_image_url

If missing, publishing is blocked.

## 8) AI Pick / Curation
“AI Pick” is a curation signal used to highlight products based on internal relevance/quality signals.

## 9) Troubleshooting
**I see weird direct links. Does it matter?**  
Usually no. What matters is that real routes live under **/en** or **/es**, and access control lives in admin/APIs (not in random links).

**A product shows “Offline”**  
Usually: `is_active=false` or required publish fields are missing (especially for HBA).
